My Dream
Gracelyn Ho:
“Do not forget our ancestors, our history, know our roots, our DNA in order to future proof ourselves. No matter how much technology, AI, or Crypto technologies advance - They were all created by mankind!”
“Know your history to know your future!”
Be proud of every iota of our being, our past, do not undersell yourself. Look down upon yourself and your past. Be proud, stand tall, history teaches us great lessons. History always repeats itself - albeit in different forms in different times.
Read widely, read books on history, on SG, on mankind, on other cultures to open your mind; It may be that you’ll need to re-read some of the books. The above attached is just an example. History teaches us valuable lessons.
Whenever you are confounded/encounter problems, stumbling blocks in situations you cannot get out of, close your eyes, retrace your steps, put some distance from the epicentre of the problem & think: “How can I break the problem down to simple, basic, parts that I can solve?”. Think of your math: Differentiation & Integration.
You are judged by: how you treat, interact, engage, care for your friends, family, loved ones, elders, wildlife (including ants), environment, your physical space. How you interact with them will define you. How do you want to be defined?
A few more thoughts:
We are custodians of this earth.
Selfless-ness is key to solving many of today; problems caused by selfish-ness.
Integrity is non-negotiable.
Beware of the unwholesome: Stay away.
Be Ah Q; Humor is a good medicine, Laughter heals.
The law of: Action-Reaction-Action
Ethan Ong:
My family has father, mother, grandpa, grandma and me. Daddy and mummy always work. I’m studying in Qifa Primary School.
My friends are Emre, Joven, Zhi Heng and Yufeng. They are my best friends because we always share things, play together and study together. We like to play soccer.
Everyone is fighting Covid-19 right now. I especially like to thank our doctors and nurses for fighting so hard against the virus.
I’m very proud to be a Singaporean. Singapore is a very nice country with many races living together as one united nation.
My dream is to be a zookeeper. Because I like animals. Animals like sharks, cheetahs, porcupines, and whales are my favorites.
